In a forest there are many tree’s, all serving a different function but all interconnected and supporting the health of the forest. Thus we have symbiotic, ever evolving roles within BanyanDAO. As new members help us grow, new roles will shoot while old ones may die.
This is a DRAFT overview of the DAO contribution model as it currently stands. As we are growing quickly with more contributors undertaking more tasks I thought it would be good to see how it looks. It will be helpful for new people to know who to reach out to, and for the Welcome desk to know who to connect new members to, but it is just one take so feel free to send me feedback or changes. Importantly: Do not feel just because you have a certain title by your name means that is where you will be ‘forever more’ its just outlining an area of responsibility you have right now. As we ‘unlearn’ centralised learning we will hopefully become responsible for our own ‘career/area or interest’ moves. So, we highlight the desire to move, perhaps find a person (or tool) who can takeover from what we are doing, and identify where we want go next. We will need an owner for this database to ensure it stays current.
